Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Biotinylated Human FGL1 protein with the hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 54.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-66 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human LAG3 protein with the N-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human FGL1 protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 4.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
